Working with Logan was great experience very helpful

Jake Sweeney Buick GMC Cadillac is NOT anywhere close to being the closest GMC dealership to our home. However, we still choose to do business there. They have good quantity and variety of vehicles in stock all the time. The sales staff is nice and not pushy. Cory H has been our guy and he does a great job with us. We relate well to him and he seems realistic when it comes to our needs. I give five stars, but there are just a couple things I don't like: - At delivery, our car was NOT as clean as we thought it should be. The sales manager agreed and even took the vehicle back for another cleaning. I understand a few water spots here and there, but there were still bug streaks on it from when it was being transported. At a minimum, these should have been cleaned off. - I don't like that Jake Sweeney applies an "EPAP" treatment to the paint of every vehicle and then charges hundreds of dollars for it - no discussion. I don't know how this paint treatment works, but when you combine it with the above statement of clean, I don't understand how you can treat paint properly if the vehicle has bug streaks and spots on it. I'd think it would have to be clean to effectively treat the paint. Will we do business with Jake Sweeney again? Most likely. We also plan on trying to coordinate schedules to do all our maintenance there, as we do think their service department is good as well.
