Everything was great!!

Having to wait in the customer lounge during my service visit, I was pleasantly surprised that my Denali was ready sooner than the estimated time. However, as a side note, in my craziest dreams I never thought I'd see the day that an oil change & filter would cost so much. PS. Not long ago when I'd come down for service (35-minute drive one way) the tech would take my Denali through the car wash. With a $400 tab, nothing doing on this visit. I even asked the service writer if I could run it through and he replied that he couldn't add a credit to my wash card.

It took three times to get my brakes fixed.

Online appointment was easy and I was greeted immediately upon arrival for service. Nathan was thorough and courteous in explaining what would be accomplished.

There is no complimentary car wash.
